Fragment Analysis
- Dye labeled DNA fragments are detected using an ABI 3100 Genetic Analyzer
- Fragments can be analyzed using Genemapper software
- Currently we can run fragements up to 500bp
Dye Sets Supported
- Samples can be run using 3 or 4 dye multiplexing
- 3-dye (5-FAM, JOE, NED, w/ROX size standard)
- 3-dye (6-FAM, HEX, NED, w/ROX size standard)
- 4-dye (6-FAM, VIC, NED, PET, w/LIZ size standard)
