Dr. Jerry O'Connor is an academic advisor
who recently retired from NMSU. He has
more than 30 years of advising experience, especially with pre-health
students and has volunteered to meet with students interested in a health
related career (pre-med, pre-dental, etc).
Topics for discussion can include standardized exams (MCAT, DAT, GRE) or how to apply and be interviewed for professional
schools. Dr. O’Connor does not
