The second assignment is a problem set that will be distributed in class. The problem set will ask you to analyze electrophysiological data and apply concepts from the lectures and readings. You will need to review circuits and logarithms.

You may work with other students in a group BUT your group must not exceed 4 people. No more than 2 in the group can be from the same lab.

If you work together, Hand in ONE set of solutions. All of you will get the same grade.

I encourage you to work with others BUT the goal is to achieve understanding. Therefore, I suggest you FIRST get as far as you can on your own, THEN join forces to talk about the problems.

On the exam you will be asked to apply what you learn so if you do not UNDERSTAND, you will not be prepared for the exams.

Instructions for submission:

Type the answers.
Include ALL the members of your group listed by the last 5 digits of the SSN.
Hand in one copy of the solutions per group.
Show your work for the calculations.
Keep a xerox copy for your records!!!
